Studio Equipment classes using the specialist apparatus: Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel and props. The system of springs allows for both support and challenge to enhance learning and the awareness of how your body is moving in space. Studio Equipment apparatus classes offer a higher level of individual attention. For certain medical conditions, apparatus-based pilates may be more suitable, as the equipment and smaller class size means an exercise programme can be tailored to your individual needs.

Mat Classes are purchased in termly 10 week blocks, pre paid in advance, £12 per class (£120).
