Terms and Conditions:

• V Pilates operates a 24hr full fee cancellation policy. ​

​

• There are no refunds or credits for missed classes or late cancellations.

​

• Group Mat & Equipment Classes run in pre-paid, termly blocks with set dates. If you are unable to make any of the dates in the block please let me know 24hrs in advance where there is an opportunity of attending a make up class, subject to availability, within the dates of the current block, this can be a Mat class or a zoom recording of a Mat class to be forwarded to you available for a week. Unfortunately sessions cannot be carried forward to the next block. There are no refunds for any missed classes or late cancellations less than 24hrs in advance. If the government enforces any further closures all classes will be transferred online.

• Participating in a pre-recorded, unsupervised class is done so at your own risk.

​

• All new clients require a private, introductory session (£55 45mins) for assessment before commencing any studio equipment sessions. 

​

• It is advisable, but not mandatory, to also attend an introductory private session before commencing a mat block. 

​

• Sessions purchased in a 5 block expire after 2 months from the date of the first session.

​​

• You agree to the terms and conditions signed upon purchase.

Client records, health questionnaires, waiver forms and related information are stored securely in locked filing cabinets and are only accessible to authorised members of the V Pilates Studio team.

All members of the V Pilates Studio teaching faculty are required to comply with strict confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to meet legal, insurance, professional and business requirements. When it is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or destroyed.
