V Pilates Virtual Vikki Group Class Timetable  

From 20th July - 15th August

For the remainder of July and early August I have decided for safety, ease and continuity I will still be holding an online mat class timetable with a new 4 week block from week beginning 20thJuly - 15thAugust. With the beauty of online access you can join us from anywhere in the country or world if you are able to get away. V Pilates will then be closed for a Summer break with no classes between 17th August - 7th September. A full in house schedule will recommence from 7th September, with an online option remaining. 


The government have advised that gyms and dance studios are able to reopen from 25th July. However I have decided to do a phased return and will not be holding any group classes or regular block bookings til September.


Please note I am aware there are some make up Mat and Equipment classes from the week 16-19th March from the Spring pre paid blocks, of which I will be in touch as to how to credit these classes as there may be an opportunity to schedule these before September as a one off. 




£28 (£7 per class pre paid block)

This applies to the same day and time of a class each week lasting 4 weeks as per the dates listed below on the timetable eg Tuesdays 6.30pm Block booking 4 sessions

Pilates for Core Health (Suitable for All)

A Pilates class designed for all to radiate strength from the inside yet maintaining suppleness and ease.


Dynamic Pilates (More Advanced movers)

Pilates class with more challenging exercises yet with the balance of a mindful approach.


To book a block please email vpilatesstudio@btinternet.com stating which class you’d like to purchase the block.

Places will be on a first come first served basis. Places will be capped. I will then confirm availability and forward payment details.Payments and bookings to be received 24hrs in advance of the date of the first class to allow time for administration.Upon receipt of your payment a link will be emailed to log into the class via Zoom. This same link to be used each week .
