Alison Steel - V Pilates Teacher

Alison qualified as a Polestar Pilates Mat practitioner in 2017 and was mentored by V Pilates director, Vikki throughout her apprenticeship and training. 

Alison, having worked in the corporate world in London, is herself a keen triathlon participant with a special interest in Pilates for good technique and injury prevention for runners, cyclists and swimmers.

Alison teaches the Tuesday 7:15pm Mat class, which is suitable for anyone with back or joint pain, or beginners. 

Also, the 8:10pm Mat class, ideal for those who would like support with their running, cycling or swimming programmes.
